Earn College Credit From the University of Colorado


The following one-semester credits from the University of Colorado are available for completion of the Spanish for Teachers course.
  • TED 4800 - Spanish for Teachers (1 undergraduate level semester credit), Or
  • TED 5000 - Spanish for Teachers (1 graduate level semester credit)

To receive credit from the University of Colorado, follow these simple steps:
  1. Sign up for the Spanish for Teachers course ($99.00)
  2. Spend 15 or more hours in the course (Our courseware will automatically keep track of your time. You get 6 months to complete the course)
  3. Complete all online tests with a 70% or higher (20 Unit tests + final test)
  4. Fill out an application and send it to the University of Colorado. The cost for the credit is $55.

The following semester schedule applies:
  • Summer 2010 Semester deadlines:
    University of Colorado application due: July 1, 2010;
    Complete online course by: August 13, 2010;
    Transcript available after: August 29, 2010

  • Fall 2010 Semester deadlines:
    University of Colorado application due: November 1, 2010;
    Complete online course by: December 10, 2010;
    Transcript available after: December 24, 2010

  • Spring 2011 Semester deadlines:
    University of Colorado application due: April 1, 2011;
    Complete online course by: May 10, 2011;
    Transcript available after: May 25, 2011

If you miss the course completion deadline for the semester, your grade will be marked as incomplete. You will have up to one year to complete the course and still receive credit (no additional cost).
